Prison service special unit officers wait outside Moscow's high-security Lefortovo prison July 8, 2010. Russia and the United States appeared to be considering a spy swap on Wednesday to send home a ring of suspected Russian agents whose arrest cast an unwelcome Cold War chill over warming diplomatic ties. Officials for both governments declined to confirm a deal was in the works as U.S. federal prosecutors unsealed formal charges against the group. Housed in a hotel in England, Igor Sutyagin (weapons expert) and Sergei Skripal (former Colonel of the secret service) are still dressed in prison clothes and reportedly have no orientation, visa or money.

Especially Igor Sutyagin seems to be uncertain about his further moves in the coming days, since he has mixed feelings about a return to Russia.

  1. Hi, I do believe this is an excellent site. I stumbledupon it 😉 I will revisit once again since I bookmarked it. Money and freedom is the greatest way to change, may you be rich and continue to guide other people.

  2. Can I simply say what a comfort to uncover somebody that truly knows what they are discussing on the net. You certainly know how to bring an issue to light and make it important. More and more people must look at this and understand this side of your story. It’s surprising you are not more popular because you certainly have the gift.

  3. An impressive share! I’ve just forwarded this onto a co-worker who has been conducting a little research on this. And he actually bought me dinner due to the fact that I stumbled upon it for him… lol. So allow me to reword this…. Thank YOU for the meal!! But yeah, thanks for spending some time to talk about this matter here on your website.
