Football World Cup 2010: Oracle octopus predicts Germany – Spain! – This Tuesday 07/06/2010, the famous oracle of „Octopus Paul“ took place to predict the match Germany vs. Spain at the Football World Cup 2010 in South Africa.
And as always, the decision of the wude legged octopus was eagerly awaited, since „Oracle Paul“ always made the right tip for the last games of the German team.
Having waited up to an hour during the past events, the Octopus this time appeared to have set its decision very quickly – and much to the regret of the German fans, Paul`s chosen winner was the Spanish team.
But nevertheless there is hope for the German supporters, since the oracle also had tipped wrong when it projected a victory for Germany in the duel between Germany and Spain in the Euro 2008 finals.
