U.S. Supreme Court – gun decision

U.S. Supreme Court, gun decision 29/06/2010 – Washington. The Supreme Court of the United States has strengthened the right to gun ownership in a leading decision.

The second Amendment, which gives each U.S. citizen the right to own and carry a gun, applies nationwide and therefore can`t be restricted fundamentally at any government level.

Previously, individual states could widely restrict gun rights. About the weapons ban in the capital city of Washington, the judges haven`t expressed an opinion yet.
