Hayden Panettiere to star in „Scream 4“ – The former “Heroes” actress Hayden Panettiere will play Kirby in the fourth part of the horror film series “Scream”. She admits that the timing of the movie is just “perfect” and she hopes that “Scream 4″ will amaze the audience.

“I think the timing is perfect, just the right length of time has elapsed since the last one came out. I think the idea behind all the Scream movies is to amaze the audience.”

However, Panettiere also believes that it will be difficult this time to keep the murderer a secret until the end. The pretty actress said to “MTV News”: “Because the audience is familiar with the “Scream” movies and knows what happened and who’s the killer, it will be harder to fool them. But I think they have done a really cool job with the screenplay.”

The actress will play alongside Courteney Cox-Arquette, David Arquette and Neve Campbell in “Scream 4″. Shooting will start in Michigan, USA this week. The final plot is still a carefully guarded secret.
