However, it is still uncertain which lawyer she will have at her side.

After celebrity lawyer Robert Shapiro jumped ship recently, Shawn Chapman Holley may once again provide legal counsel to the troubled starlet. Lindsay Lohan is not expected not to serve her full ninety- day prison sentence . She may not have to serve any time in prison after all.

The 24-year-old was convicted for drug and alcohol abuse in November 2009 but was not sentenced until the 6th of July of this year when she received a three-month prison sentence for violating the terms of her probation.

In addition to the prison term, the actress is required to attend a addiction clinic and must abstain from using alcohol for one year. Lindsay Lohan was reported to already have entered the Pickford Loft rehabilitation clinic. This voluntary rehab visit is expected to shorten the young actress’s sentence.
