Miley Cyrus: Picture without underwear? Perez Hilton comes under criticism – Miley Cyrus made a lot of headlines with her sexy performances and liberal outfits during the past months – and now, a picture of the 17-year-old has been published, which shows the Disney starlet allegedly without underwear.

Because later released, real photos of the young singer showed that she really wore her underwear, the published picture by scandalous celebrity blogger Hilton was detected as a clear fake.

And so it is hardly surprising that according to the minority of Miley Cyrus, allegations of child pornography could be used against Perez Hilton and prophesy in worst case a prison sentence of up to 15 years.

In spite of Miley Cyrus not beeing naked, the original image still showed panties and abdomen, which is already illegal and constitutes a severe offense, according to the opinions of several lawyers.

Miley herself seems not pay too much attention to the incident, but vehemently defends herself against Perez Hilton´s declaration as „slutty“:

“I’m not trying to be slutty. I’m not trying to be, like, go to the club and get a bunch of guys. What I’m trying to do is make a point with my record and look consistent, in the way my record sounds and the way I dress.”

Whether you can say about the sexy outfits of a just17-year-old Miley Cyrus what you want – the public exposure through media such as Perez Hilton lacking a sense of responsibility towards minors should be reviewed urgently.
