Released via Twitter by U.S. celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, the picture shows Miley Cyrus „upskirt“ and uncensored while leaving a sleek sports car – just another part of the ever-green Miley Cyrus nude myths.

Because later released, real photos of the young singer showed that she really wore her underwear, the published picture by scandalous celebrity blogger Hilton was detected as a clear fake.

And so it is hardly surprising that according to the minority of Miley Cyrus, allegations of child pornography could be used against Perez Hilton and prophesy in worst case a prison sentence of up to 15 years.

In spite of Miley Cyrus not beeing naked, the original image still showed panties and abdomen, which is already illegal and constitutes a severe offense, according to the opinions of several lawyers.

Miley herself seems not pay too much attention to the incident, but vehemently defends herself against Perez Hilton´s declaration as „slutty“:

“I’m not trying to be slutty. I’m not trying to be, like, go to the club and get a bunch of guys. What I’m trying to do is make a point with my record and look consistent, in the way my record sounds and the way I dress.”
